Not as elastic as you would expect. Also, buy at leat 2 sizes smaller.
I am a 38 and large or extra large always fits me perfect. I ordered this in an extra large and could not get it all the way over my shoulders even.
I will be giving it away. I also suggest keeping it away from the dryer.
